The Full WHY NOT?
4 hours of reserved private access

Includes:

  • Private access to the backyard for 4 hours (+ set up/breakdown access before and after event)

  • Capacity for up to 75 people seated, 100 people standing room

  • Stage for DJ and/or Band

  • Bartender, Barback Staff Doorman

  • Wristbands & Private Bathroom

  • High Top Tables and Stools as needed

  • Signature Drink Choices

  • Welcome Drink Choices

  • Bottled Wine / Champagne Service Choices

  • Catering options for buffets, full dinners and platters are available using outside catering.

    A list of suggestions is available upon request.

    Decorating fee will apply, if not provided by a professional vendor. Fee TBD based on amount of hours needed to set up and breakdown. All decor must be pre-approved by GH in advance. For decor options, list of suggested vendors can be provided upon request.

“Fun” package

Perfect for smaller, more intimate parties (bachelor/bachelorette, birthday, VIP Section for concerts and shows)

Includes

  • Private section of backyard (the rest of the space will be open to the public and parties are NOT to occupy public tables during private party time)

  • Lighted “FUN” sign backdrop - perfect photo op!

  • 1 Server, 1 Bar Back

  • Capacity holds 15 seated, 20 standing room

  • Two rows of fixed benched seating (not removable)

  • High Top Tables (6 max)

  • Stools (as needed)

  • Welcome Drink or Champagne

  • Bottled Wine / Champagne Service available


Decorations are allowed (additional cleaning fee of $150 applied if extra removal is needed)
Decorations to be provided by the guests. Additional decorating fee will apply if assistance from GH Staff is needed for set up. (Fee TBD Based on Hours Needed). All Decor is to be approved by GH in advance.
